The Grand Canyon Synod is a synod, or diocese, of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). It is one of the 65 synods within the ELCA. It comprises the state of Arizona, southern Nevada, and one congregation in St. George, Utah. The synod was made up of 100 congregations as of August 2016.[2]
