Hadassah (Hebrew: הֲדַסָּה) is the true Hebrew name of the Biblical Esther, and as such, has become a popular name for Jewish girls. Among secular Israeli Jews, this name was largely replaced by the modern Hadas. The name may also refer to:
- Hadassah, an American Jewish women's organization
- Hadassah Medical Center, a set of Israeli hospitals supported by the women's organization
- Hadassah: One Night with the King is a novel based upon the Biblical Book of Esther
- One Night with the King is a film that features the same Biblical story, based upon the above novel
