High Collar Girl (ハイカラ・ガール?, Haikara Gāru) is the first album released by the Japanese electronica band Capsule. Released in 2001, the album's sound is much more pop-like than their later albums. "High collar" is Wasei-eigo for "Westernised".

The album did not appear in the Oricon charts.

This album currently has the most songs to appear in singles, with "Koi no Hana", "Kowareta Tokei" and "Shashin" being featured in Tokyo Kissa, Sakura and Hanabi respectively.
