Hiromichi Watanabe

Hiromichi Watanabe (渡辺 博道, Watanabe Hiromichi, born 1950) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Matsudo, Chiba, he attended Waseda University as an undergraduate and received a master's degree from Meiji University. He was elected to the assembly of Chiba Prefecture in 1995 (serving for one term) and then to the House of Representatives for the first time in 1996.
