HFF, with its affiliate HFF Securities L.P., Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, founded in 1974 by John Fowler and Peter Goedecke as Fowler, Goedeneke & Company and in 1982 as Holliday Fenoglio & Co by Harold Holliday and John Fenoglio and merging in 1998 as HFF LP, is a large provider of commercial real estate and capital markets services to the U.S. commercial real estate industry.
