INgrooves Music Group is a music distribution and technology company, with three major divisions: Distribution Services, Artist Services and Rights Services.

INgrooves provides music and video distribution, marketing and rights management services to independent labels and established artists. The company is part of Isolation Network, Inc. which has offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, London, and Victoria.


The company was founded in 2002 by Robb McDaniels (Founder and CEO) and Matt Burns (Co-Founder and General Counsel).

In March 2012, INgrooves purchased Fontana Distribution from Universal Music Group.[1] Later in 2012, INgrooves launched a new Artist Services division, "INresidence"[2]

In 2013, INgrooves signed a number of independent record labels from Europe.[3] The company's Music Publishing division was also established in 2013.[4]
