Deportivo Indonesia was an association football club consisting of Indonesian football players under-19 and under-17 which was involved in a training program in Uruguay and playing in junior competitions of the Uruguayan football league system (Quarta and Quinta Division) for at least 6 years. SAD stands for Sociedad Anónima Deportiva. This team was being prepared as the future Indonesia national football team.
Starting from the 2011 season the club changed its name from Sociedad Anónima Deportiva Indonesia to Deportivo Indonesia. In December 2013, Deportivo Indonesia was dissolved due to the contract between Bakrie Group with Uruguayan Football Association expired.
