Isaac Asimov Presents The Golden Years of Science Fiction, Third Series is a 1984 hardcover reprint of Isaac Asimov Presents The Great SF Stories 5 (1943) and Isaac Asimov Presents The Great SF Stories 6 (1944). Five stories from the original books are not included: The Iron Standard by Lawrence O'Donnell, Far Centaurus by A. E. van Vogt, Deadline by Cleve Cartmill, Sanity by Fritz Leiber & Invariant by John R. Pierce. It is the third in a series of 6 two-volume books which together reprinted the first 12 of 25 books in the Isaac Asimov Presents The Great SF Stories series of compilations.
