James Donald "J. D." Hall (born May 7, 1947) is an African-American actor and voice artist. He starred as Guran in the critically acclaimed fan favorite Phantom 2040, provided the voice of the character Blade in Spider-Man: The Animated Series, played Gargarenis in the Age of Mythology campaign. He also starred as Willie in Power Rangers Wild Force and provided the Klingon Com voice in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "The Augments".

He has also been the voice of the Disney character Br'er Fox since 1989.

From 2001 to 2009, he was the narrator of Walt Disney World's Hall of Presidents stage show.
