Jikharev is a font style that is sans-serif.


The typeface was designed by Igor Jikharev while at the Department of typesetting, fonts Poligrafmash NGOs in, 1953. It was designed on the basis of their own handwriting. The digital version was developed in 1989 by Gennady Baryshnikov, with the participation of Vladimir Yefimov. It consists of informal cursive without contrast. It was designed for use in advertising and accidents.[citation needed]
