John Allen (cricketer, born 1903)
John Allen (4 February 1903 – 18 March 1961) was a New Zealand cricketer who played for Otago. He was born and died in Dunedin.
Allen made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1944-45 season, against Canterbury. From the tailend, he scored a single run in the first innings in which he batted, and 0 not out in the second.
Allen bowled 16 overs in the match, conceding 57 runs.
