Jot Kamal is a census town in Raghunathganj II CD Block in Jangipur subdivision of Murshidabad district in the Indian state of West Bengal.

Demographics[edit]

As of 2001 India census,[2] Jot Kamal had a population of 6196. Males constitute 50% of the population and females 50%. Jot Kamal has an average literacy rate of 56%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 64%, and female literacy is 48%. In Jot Kamal, 18% of the population is under 6 years of age.
