KDEC-FM (100.5 FM) is an adult alternative station, playing artists like Dave Matthews, Bob Dylan, Imagine Dragons, Mumford and Sons, U2, Coldplay, The Killers, Jack Johnson, Lucinda Williams, Brett Dennen, and new, Independent artists. The station provides local news that covers the Tri-State area of northeastern Iowa, southeastern Minnesota and southwestern Wisconsin. KDEC-FM 100.5 is also the Home for the Iowa Hawkeyes, broadcasting Iowa Hawkeye football and basketball. Original call letters were KRDI.
