KWTX (1230 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a news/talk format. Licensed to Waco, Texas, the station serves the Waco area. The station is currently owned by iHeartMedia, Inc..[2] Its studios are located on Highway 6 in Waco, and its transmitter is located in Waco south of Baylor University.

Programming

KWTX's programming, for the most part, follows the iHeartMedia, Inc. standard lineup. The schedule includes 'This morning with Gordon Deal The Glenn Beck Program, The Rush Limbaugh Show, The Sean Hannity Show, The Savage Nation, The Rusty Humphries Show, and Coast to Coast AM. Weekend programming is entirely syndicated; programs include Dr. Dean Edell, At Home with Gary Sullivan, The Watchdog on Wall Street, The Kim Komando Show, The Roger Hedgecock Show, The Monica Crowley Show, The Other Side With Steve Godfrey, the audio portions of Fox News Sunday and Meet the Press, Handel on the Law, and Live on Sunday Night, it's Bill Cunningham.

KWTX no longer features a local morning show, past morning hosts include; Mac Watson, Garret Lewis and Shane Warner.
