Kaikaati (Template:Lang-ta)or V.kaikaati is a locality in Ariyalur district in the Indian State of Tamil Nadu, near to Reddipalayam.

It is a two road intersection of Ariyalur Muttuvahcheri Road and National Highway 227. It is a busy junction with buses and lime stone trucks crossing on all four sides. Buses to Trichy, Chennai, Tanjore,and Vilangudi and Muttuvancheri villages alight here. It is normally crowded with people in peak hours. It has Tea shops and many other small shops on the road side.
