Kairana Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 80 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

Presently, Kairana Lok Sabha constituency comprises five Vidhan Sabha (legislative assembly) segments. These are:[1]

Kairana By Election is a high testing ground for Grand Alliance which sought to take on BJP in 2019 general elections unitedly . RLD candidate Begum Tabassum Hasan is strongly supported by Bahujan Samaj Party, Samajwadi Party and Congress in this election.[2]
