Keith Poulter is a publisher and a game designer who has worked primarily on miniatures wargames.
Career
Keith Poulter founded the wargame company 3W in 1977 (as UKW, UK Wargamer).[1] After Poulter got out of the wargame business, Strategy & Tactics was sold to Decision Games in the early 1990s.[2]
