As of the census of 2010, there were 602 people, 254 households, and 164 families residing in the township. The population density was 251.0 people per square mile (97.0/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 97.2% White, 0.5% African American, 0.2% American Indian, 0.8% Asian, and 1.3% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.8% of the population.
