Lamerd County (Persian: شهرستان لامرد‎‎) is a county in Fars Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Lamerd.[1] At the 2006 census, the county's population was 76,971, in 16,602 families.[2] The county is subdivided into three districts: the Central District, Eshkanan District, and Ala-e Marvdasht District. The county has four cities: Lamerd, Ahel, Ala-e Marvdasht, and Eshkanan. Kandar[disambiguation needed] is also part of Lamerd County.

Lamerd was historically part of the region of Larestan. The people of Lamerd are closely related to the people of Larestan.[3]
