Marcus Damon[edit]

Marcus Damon (大門 大 Daimon Masaru?, Masaru Daimon in Japanese version) is a fourteen-year-old student and the main protagonist.


Voiced by: Matsuno Taiki (Japanese), Brian Beacock (English)

Agumon (アグモン?) is Marcus's Digimon partner.[1] He appears in three different forms.

Thomas H. Norstein[edit]

Thomas H. Norstein (トーマ・H・ノルシュタイ Tōma H. Norushutain?) is a 14-year-old boy genius who graduated from the Stockholm Royal University of Science.

Gaomon (ガオモン?) is an dog-like beast Digimon who is Thomas's Digimon partner. He has four forms.

Yoshino Fujieda[edit]

Yoshino "Yoshi" Fujieda (藤枝 淑乃 Fujieda Yoshino?) is the oldest member of the main DATS group.

Lalamon (ララモン Raramon?) is the Digimon partner of Yoshi, available in four forms.

Keenan Crier[edit]

Keenan Crier (野口 郁人 Noguchi Ikuto?, Ikuto Noguchi and nicknamed Ikuto (イクト Ikuto?) in Japan) is the youngest and newest member of DATS.

Falcomon (ファルコモン Farukomon?) is Keenan's Digimon partner, an owl-like ninja Bird Digimon who is also a servant of Merukimon; available in four forms.

Commander-General Yushima[edit]

Commander-General Homer Yushima (湯島 浩 Yushima Hiroshi?, Commander Hiroshi Yushima in the Japanese version) is the chief officer of DATS, and is a former private investigator as well as a member of the expedition to the Digital World.

Commander Sampson[edit]

Commander Richard Sampson, called Satsuma Rentarō in the Japanese version as Captain Rentarō Satsuma (薩摩 廉太郎 Satsuma Rentarō?) is Marcus Damon, Thomas H. Norstein, and Yoshino Fujieda's superior officer.

Kudamon is Sampson's Digimon partner.

Miki and Megumi[edit]

Miki Kurosaki and Megumi Shirakawa are the DATS' computer operators.

The legacy of Dr. Spencer Damon is felt throughout the series, even though he does not appear in it personally at first. He is Marcus's father, and a member of the expedition to the Digital World.

BanchoLeomon is the partner of Dr. Spencer Damon of Digimon Data Squad, and is a Beast Man Digimon.

Sarah Damon[edit]

Sarah Damon, or Daimon Sayuri in the Japanese version, is Marcus and Kristy's mother, as well as Spencer Damon's wife.

Kristy Damon[edit]

Kristy Damon, Daimon Chika in the Japanese version, is Marcus's sister.

Yggdrasil/King Drasil[edit]

Yggdrasil (イグドラシル Igudorashiru?) is named after the world tree which "connects all nine worlds" in Norse mythology and appears in Digital Monster X-Evolution. It is the supposed "God" of the Digital World which it controls and monitors. Yggdrasil is a host computer which can also be active in the real world. While it has multiple forms its name comes from its primary form – the "Server Tree", an enormous, sacred tree.

Royal Knights[edit]

The Royal Knights appear and protect Yggdrasil/King Drasil, who is using Dr. Spencer Damon's body. They include:

  • Baronmon: The mayor of the Digimon living on ElDoradimon.

  • Pumpkinmon: The Pumpkinmon work for Baronmon in the Holy Capital.
Voiced by Neil Kaplan.
  • Ninjamon: A bunch of ninja Digimon that came with Keenan to help defend the Holy Capital.

Primary antagonists[edit]

Seven Great Demon Lords[edit]

The Seven Great Demon Lords (七大魔王 Nana Dai Maō?) are a group of Demon Lord Digimon who each represent one of the Seven Deadly Sins. There are also two "Super Demon Lords", or "Cho-Maō", who are closely related to the group. These Digimon are based on the Beasts of Revelation, and evolve from the Seven Great Demon Lords.[2] The data of Digimon consigned to oblivion by the Seven Great Demon Lords is not reincarnated, but is sent to the center of the Dark Area, and becomes the flesh and blood of the Demon Lords.[3] The members of this group are Lucemon, Leviamon, Daemon, Belphemon, Barbamon, Beelzemon, and Lilithmon.

Akihiro Kurata[edit]
