Narendra Modi, the 15th and current Prime Minister of India, was elected on 26 May 2014 as a result of the Indian general election, 2014. The following is a list of prime ministerial trips made by Modi since he assumed office.

As of October 2015, he has made twenty-eight foreign trips. Most of them were state visits to Asian countries, following his neighborhood first and act east policies.
