This article lists 100 oldest known living or deceased heads of state or heads of government of sovereign states (often a president or prime minister), born no earlier than 1800, and whose ages are documented in reliable sources. Those currently living are in bold italics on gold. The longest-lived state leader was Chau Sen Cocsal Chhum, who lived to 103 years, 135 days.
