This is a list of the most visited palaces, historical monuments and memorials in the world. Sources used to compile the list include the Museum Index published by the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) and the economics practice at AECOM; and the annual survey of the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions (ALVA) in the United Kingdom; the U.S. National Park Service list of National Monuments, and the French and Russian Ministries of Culture
