Lockheed Martin Canada is a Canadian defence contractor, headquartered in Kanata, Ontario. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin, and a part of the Mission Systems and Training business area. It has over 600 employees, with facilities in Montreal, Quebec, Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Victoria, British Columbia with head office in Ottawa, Ontario.

Locations in Canada are non-production offices only. Staff are deployed at various Canadian Forces' bases.[1]

In 2008 Lockheed Martin Canada won a 2 billion dollar contract from the Canadian Government to modernize the Canadian Navy's 12 Halifax Class frigates.
