  • Maximise Monetisation by creating services that meet market demand with seamless and open access rating, charging and billing capabilities for any service, any medium and any provider of real-time network services.
  • Eliminate Complexity with straightforward, streamlined, fully automated and seamlessly integrated solutions that break down the barriers of back office complexity—making it simple to quickly and easily create and deploy the personalized services your customers need.
  • Act with the Agility that allows service providers to customize the solution selections for either an end-to-end/quote-to-cash model or to select components that best meet your business needs.
  • Edge Out the Competition based less on what services you currently offer and more about what combinations of services you can imagine, bundle, tier and cross promote in ways that consumers demand.

Telecommunications[edit]

EngageIP Telecom Billing is a carrier-grade solution designed to allow CSPs to collect consumption data, provide flexible real-time charging, rating and billing, produce just customisable invoices, process payments/credits/discounts, manage debt collection, and more. With LogiSense, service providers are empowered to take control of their service offerings - enabling them to proactively perform with agility and accuracy all while remaining relevant and vital in a time when the consumer dictates usage.[8]

Internet of Things (IoT)[edit]

Research firm IDC predicts the worldwide Internet of things market will reach $1.7 trillion in 2020, and other reports make equally impressive predictions about the growth expected for this market, indicating the complexity of the M2M/IoT market.

The IoT is changing most every aspect of every business of the future. Mass quantities of data, connected devices, sensors and networked objects entering the digital and physical worlds are poised to radically inhibit traditional business methods.

These new technologies will present unprecedented challenges, ranging from adaptation to effectively rating, metering and monetising any service across any industry.[9]

Enterprise[edit]

EngageIP from LogiSense offered unprecedented advantage to essentially any industry or any enterprise by eliminating back office complexity - providing complete agility in usage rating, monetisation and subscriber management. With LogiSense, companies are empowered to take control of their service offerings, thus clearing the path to new revenues.[10]
