Lynnville Township is located in Ogle County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 642 and it contained 247 housing units.[1]


According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 34.92 square miles (90.4 km2), of which 34.9 square miles (90 km2) (or 99.94%) is land and 0.02 square miles (0.052 km2) (or 0.06%) is water.[1]
