Ontisalaga Madakari Nayaka or Madakari Nayaka V was the greatest and the last ruler of Chitradurga, and belonged to Nayaka community in Chitradurga, Karnataka India.[1] During the reign of Madakari Nayaka, the city of Chitradurga was besieged by the troops of Hyder Ali, during the siege of Mysore.
