Maksim Mikhailovich Cheltsov (‹See Tfd›Russian: Максим Михайлович Чельцов; born September 4, 1970) is a retired Russian professional footballer. He made his professional debut in the Soviet Top League in 1988 for FC Torpedo Moscow.[1]
