Manfred Reyes Villa (born April 19, 1954) is a Bolivian politician and former military officer. Elected mayor of the city of Cochabamba from 1993 to 2000, Governor of the Department of Cochabamba from 2006 until 2008 when his mandate was revoked by referendum. He was the second runner in both for the Presidential elections of the Republic in 2002 and 2009.
