The development occupies 950 acres (380 ha), most of the square formed by West Waddell Road, North Reems Road, North Bullard Avenue, and West Cactus Road. It includes a number of small public parks, the biggest being Heritage Park, at 25 acres (10 ha).
Marley Park was developed by the real estate development firm DMB Associates in May 2005.
