Massimo Bergami (born October 2, 1964) is a Full Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of Bologna.[1]

Since 2001 he is the Dean of Alma Graduate School, the Business School of the University of Bologna.

He has been an Advisor of the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Industry and member of the "Commissione Cinema" of the Ministry of Culture, .

He serves as an independent Director in Ducati Motor Holding and Tuscia University.

Since 2011 he is Senior Economic Advisor of the Italian Minister of Regional Affairs, Tourism and Sport.

In 2012 he has been appointed Guest Professor at Nankai University (Tianjin, China).
