Maulana Abdul Haleem was an Islamic scholar and spiritual person in India. He belonged to the Chishti Order and was awarded Khilafa (Caliphate)[citation needed] by his Murshid Shah Wasiullah Allahabadi.

Maulana Abdul Haleem founded Madrasah Riyazul Uloom in Jaunpur District.He completed his Islamic education from a well-known madrasah Mazahirul Uloom Saharanpur. He was also a member of Majlis-e-Shura of Darul Uloom Deoband.
