Mezná is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 8.24 square kilometres (3.18 sq mi), and has a population of 123 (as at 28 August 2006).

Mezná lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south of Pelhřimov, 29 km (18 mi) west of Jihlava, and 101 km (63 mi) south-east of Prague.
