The Michigan Stars were a minor league ice hockey team located in Trenton, Michigan that played in the All-American Hockey League.

The team was rebranded in 1987 from the former Downriver Stars and Gary MacNamee was brought in to coach the team. The Stars were not very successful, winning two out of fourteen games. After several months of financial problems, the Stars franchise folded on November 30, 1987.
