Mulagala is a river of Tanzania. It flows through the Mbeya Region.
Mulagala is also a family name or clan name commonly found among Telugu language speaking people in coastal Andhra and northern Tamil Nadu Regions. It is famous Surname commonly seen in Kapu, Kamma & Brahmin community.
