Buddy leaves to finish the movie himself as a result, and asks Earl to throw him a premiere in two weeks. Buddy's mother comes with the movie that he had finished before he died. Earl decides to tell everyone of Buddy's death after the premiere, and finds that Buddy used the movie to help him achieve many of his dreams.
