Nahida coenoides is the sole species in the monotypic genus Nahida in the butterfly family Riodinidae present only in the Neotropical ecozone.

There are three subspecies:

  • N. c. coenoides Ecuador
  • N. c. ecuadorica (Strand, 1911) Ecuador
  • N. c. trochois (Hewitson, 1877) Ecuador
