Nakhlestan Rural District (Persian: دهستان نخلستان)[3] is in the Central District of Khur and Biabanak County, Isfahan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Mehrjan.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Khur and Biabanak District of Nain County) was 2,396 in 740 households.[6] There were 1,889 inhabitants in 667 households at the following census of 2011,[7] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Khur and Biabanak County.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,662 in 963 households. The largest of its 29 villages was Iraj, with 655 people.[2]
