National Guard Health Affairs is a medical complex in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It consists of medical cities that are scattered in many regions of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al-Ahsa).

The major and the largest medical city under National Guard Health Affairs is King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh.[1]
