National Guard Health Affairs is a medical complex in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It consists of medical cities that are scattered in many regions of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al-Ahsa).

King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh[edit]
The major and the largest medical city under National Guard Health Affairs is King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh.[1]
Separation of conjoined twins[edit]
King Abdulaziz Medical City became a recognized center on the international level in twins separation surgery. It became the first center all over the world with 100% successful rate in twins separation surgery.[2]
