The Nechitu River is a right tributary of the river Bistrița in Romania. It discharges into the Bistrița near Zănești. Its tributaries are Cracul Comarnic, Borchizu, Alunul, Durașu, Stroe, Hugiu, Varnițele, Coșu and Nechizel.
