News 24 is a 24-hour Hindi news television channel owned by B.A.G. Films and Media Limited. It was launched in 2007 and it is free-to-air channel in India.[1]

Promoted by Ms. Anurradha Prasad who is sister of BJP leader and Union minister Shri.Ravi Shankar Prasad and wife of senior Congress leader and cricket administrator Rajiv Shukla. News 24 is part of BAG Network, which is a media conglomerate with diversified interests in Production, Television Broadcasting, FM Radio, New Media Ventures and Education.[2]
