Nightingale College, located in Ogden, Utah, is solely dedicated to educating registered nurses. The College is a proprietary post-secondary institution and offers one education program, the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Program.

Nightingale College was formed in 2010. In April 2011, the College commenced the ADN Program. In December 2012 the College was acquired by Nightingale College, LLC, a private Delaware limited liability company that was formed by Palm Ventures, LLC, a private-equity firm with a long, successful history of investing into private post-secondary education institutions.

The school holds institutional accreditation by Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES),[1] and approved by the Utah State Board of Nursing.[2] Nightingale College’s Associate Degree Nursing Program is a candidate for accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing,[3] Inc (ACEN), formerly National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission, Inc. (NLNAC).
