One South Church (formerly UniSource Energy Tower and Norwest Bank Tower) is a postmodern skyscraper that was completed in 1986. The tower is the tallest building in Tucson, Arizona and is the eighteenth tallest in Arizona. The building rises 330 feet with 23 floors. It was designed by Curtis W. Fentres, FAIA, RIBA of Fentress Architects in 1986.

Overview

UniSource Energy no longer occupies most of the floors of the building, this compared to the 10 the company did when the tower was built. Starting in early 2012, UniSource Energy moved to its new headquarters in the UniSource Energy Building at the corner of 6th Avenue and Broadway on the other side of downtown Tucson. Amenities include three low-rise cabs, four high-rise cabs, and two parking garage shuttle elevators.

In October 2015 it was announced that the building had been sold for the first time to local owners, who planned to build a second residential tower adjacent to One South Church.[1]
