Osvaldo David Martínez Arce (born 8 April 1986) is a Paraguayan professional footballer currently playing for América of the Liga MX and the Paraguay national team.


"Osvaldito", is the new player of Club America[clarification needed] for the 2013 season, as he is known to fans and commentators, has been capped 24 times for the Paraguay national team. His first game for the side came on 15 October 2008, in a FIFA World Cup 2010 qualifying match in Asunción against Peru.

Personal life[edit]

Osvaldo is married to Giselle Martinez, with whom he has one child. The couple currently live in Mexico City.
