Padang Serai is a federal constituency in Kedah, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1974.

The federal constituency was created in the 1974 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

History

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Guar Lobak, Pekan Padang Serai, Jalan Baling, Sidam Kanan, Kuala Sidim, Pekan Merbau Pulas, Kampung Jemerli, Bagan Sena, Sungai Karangan, Padang Meiha, Ladang Padang Meiha, Batu Puteh, Bukit Sedim, Kampung Bikan, Kampung Jangkang, Sungai Kob, Kampung Sungai Ular, Kulim High Tech, Padang China, Jalan Lunas, Taman Perak, Taman Senangin, Kampung Baru, Jalan Serdang, Henrietta, Victoria, Naga Lilit, Sungai Seluang, Batu Enam, Kampung Baru Lunas, Pekan Lunas, Taman Sejahtera, Paya Besar, Taman Lobak, Sungai Limau, Kampung Keladi, Taman Selasih, Simpang Tiga Keladi, Kampung Dusun, Kelang Sago, Bandar Putra, Taman Angsana, Taman Semarak.
