Patricia Anne "Patsy" Elsener (born October 22, 1929, in Oakland, California) is an American diver who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics. In 1948 she won the silver medal in the 10-meter platform event and the bronze medal in the 3-meter springboard competition.
