Patricia M. Blevins is an American politician and the former Majority Leader of the Delaware Senate. A Democrat, she served in the Senate representing the 7th District from 1990 until 2017.


Patricia M. Blevins was born in Wilmington, Delaware on February 21, 1954.[1]


Blevins resides in Elsmere, Delaware.[1]


Blevin practices Catholicism.[1]
