Peddakarpamula is a village in Mahbubnagar district, Telangana, India. It has a population of 4,008. It is nearly 28 km from Nagar Kurnool. It is one of the major gram panchayat in Kollapur constituency. The Present MLA is Mr. Jupally Krishna Rao.

There is a High school, Primary school and a convent school. Every Monday people used to buy vegetables and other goods at Santha (a market). Punjab National Bank was shifted from Yapatla to this village.
