Philautus similipalensis (common name: Similipal bush frog) is a species of frogs in the family Rhacophoridae. It is endemic to India and only known from its type locality, Gurguria, in the Similipal Biosphere Reserve (near or in the Simlipal National Park), Odisha state in south-eastern India.[2] Little is known about this species. It has been found underneath rotten sal (Shorea robusta) leaves, and in loose leaf-covered soil and inside rotten logs sometimes close to riverbanks, likely in tropical dry forest.[1]
