Pleurochrysis is a haptophyte genus. It includes the species Pleurochrysis carterae, Pleurochrysis dentata, Pleurochrysis elongata, Pleurochrysis gayraliae, Pleurochrysis haptonemofera, Pleurochrysis placolithoides, Pleurochrysis pseudoroscoffensis, Pleurochrysis roscoffensis and Pleurochrysis scherffelii.[1]
